Available delivery services, charges and estimates are shown at checkout or in your quotation. Orders may require additional handling for sterile, encoded, configured, temperature-sensitive, high-value or special-order goods.

Dispatch and tracking

Stock orders are processed during business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Dispatch estimates are not guarantees. Tracking is provided where the selected service supports it.

Address and access

You are responsible for a complete and accurate delivery address, site access, authorised receipt and any import information. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery or failed business-site access may be charged where lawful.

Delays and split shipments

We will contact you about material delays. We may split an order where reasonable without increasing the agreed delivery charge. Consumers retain statutory rights, including the applicable 30-day default delivery rule unless another period is agreed.

International orders

Unless a quotation states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, licences and local compliance. We may decline delivery to restricted destinations.

Damage or shortage

Keep all packaging and contact hello@id-7.co.uk promptly with photographs and the order number. Business customers should notify visible issues within 48 hours where reasonably possible.
