ID-7 is a trading brand owned by Astflick Holdings Ltd and operated under licence by Astflick Group Limited. Astflick Group Limited is the contractual seller and invoicing entity. Astflick Group Limited, trading as ID-7, is the controller of personal data collected through ID-7. Astflick Holdings Ltd owns the brand but does not become the seller merely because it owns the brand.

Information we collect

We may collect identity and contact details, organisation and role, billing and delivery information, order and payment-status information, correspondence, support records, marketing preferences, device and browsing data, cookie identifiers and fraud-prevention information. Payment-card data is generally processed directly by our payment providers.

How and why we use it

To take payment, fulfil orders and provide support: performance of a contract.
To keep tax, accounting, safety and compliance records: legal obligation.
To prevent fraud, secure our services, improve products and administer business relationships: legitimate interests, balanced against your rights.
To send electronic marketing where consent is required, or as otherwise permitted by law: consent or legitimate interests.
To use non-essential analytics or advertising cookies: consent.

Who receives data

We share only what is necessary with Shopify and hosting providers, payment processors, banks, delivery carriers, email and customer-support providers, analytics providers used with consent, professional advisers, insurers, regulators and law-enforcement bodies where required. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Some suppliers may process data outside the UK. Where required, we use an adequacy regulation, approved contractual safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or another lawful transfer mechanism.

Retention

We keep order, invoice and contractual records for up to six years after the relevant relationship or longer where law or a live dispute requires it. Enquiries and support records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary. Marketing records are kept until you opt out, plus a suppression record so we can respect that choice.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent at any time. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. Contact hello@id-7.co.uk to exercise your rights. We may need to verify your identity.
